Throughout the 1990’s many companies implemented state-of-the-art purchasing procedures which were designed to get the lowest price from suppliers for the goods and services that met a minimum specification.

Many suppliers have not realized that the business environment has changed from the days when they dealt with the end user. As a result many suppliers give away the farm in order to get business and have seen their profits shrink. Many suppliers consider they must continue to innovate in order to maintain a competitive edge only to find that they gain little increased profitability from their new technology. The key lies in having the appropriate methodologies and pricing models to counter the threat of aggressive procurement practices.

InnovoMark was founded in 2001 as a consultancy providing a unique training program, entitled "Strategies and Tactics for Successful Bidding" to teach how to maximize profitability while optimizing market share in the new environment of procurement driven purchasing initiatives.

InnovoMark has demonstrated added value for a leading oilfield services customer of over $500 million dollars by capturing contracts at superior profitability.

The methodologies incorporated in the InnovoMark training program are proprietary and protected by trade secret agreements and intellectual property filings. The proven track record of the program ensures that customers’ pay back time is of the order of a few days!

In 2007 InnovoMark added to its product offering with a new program entitled "Strategies and Tactics for Successful Marketing"  Most marketing initiatives are tactical in nature. This program is unique in bringing a strategic focus to marketing initiatives such that the investment brings maximum returns.

In 2009 InnovoMark has added another training solution entitled “Petroleum Economics – Essential Knowledge for Improved Sales Performance”.
The training teaches the basics of petroleum economics but develops on this to show how an understanding of the customer’s economic drivers can be leveraged to improve sales performance.
